2. Products and Services

We provide Direct to Film (DTF) printers, consumables (inks, powders, films), and related services (installation, training, and support). All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled or delayed due to issues including (but not limited to) payment verification failure, inventory unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled unless specifically agreed to in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for resolution.

  • Printers: All sales are final. Units are eligible for repair or replacement only if a defect is reported at installation.

  • Consumables: All ink, powder, and film sales are final unless proven defective upon arrival. We will replace defective items or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • Opened or used consumables are not eligible for return.

6. Limited Warranty

Some products may carry a limited warranty provided by Inkesh or the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper installation or modifications

  • Use of non-approved inks or consumables

  • Damage due to power surges or environmental conditions

Warranty claims are subject to our evaluation and require proof of purchase and serial numbers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, product images, text, and software—is the property of Inkesh or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkesh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our products

  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption

  • Issues related to third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including:

  • Hacking, reverse engineering, or interfering with the website’s operation

  • Submitting false or misleading information
