1. General Shipping Overview

At Inkesh, we ship nationwide from our U.S.-based warehouses. All products are packed with care and shipped using trusted carriers. Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, availability, carrier logistics, and location.


2. Shipping Methods

  • Printers & Dryers:
    These items are shipped via freight due to size and weight. Shipping charges for freight deliveries are quoted at the time of purchase and are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, delivery location, and special handling requirements.
    Liftgate service, residential delivery, or inside delivery may incur additional fees.

  • Consumables (Ink, Film, Powder):
    These items are shipped via standard ground or express shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Customers may select the preferred method at checkout.


3. Freight Delivery Requirements

Freight deliveries require a commercial address with loading dock or forklift access. If no such access exists, please notify us in advance so proper arrangements (e.g., liftgate) can be made. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or delayed delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all freight shipments immediately upon arrival.

  • If there is any visible damage or if packaging is compromised, note it on the delivery receipt and take clear photos before signing.

  • Do not discard packaging or damaged goods until a claim is filed.


4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Inkesh will cover 50% of the replacement cost upfront to help minimize operational disruption.

  • The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Once the claim is approved and reimbursement is issued, the customer must return the partial reimbursement received from Inkesh to complete the balance of the replacement item’s value.

  • If the carrier denies the claim, we will work with you on a resolution, but Inkesh cannot guarantee full reimbursement beyond the initial 50% assistance.

We strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for high-value equipment.


5. Processing Time

Orders typically ship within:

  • 1–3 business days for consumables

  • 3–7 business days for printers and dryers (subject to freight coordination)

Custom or special orders may require extended processing time. You will be notified via email with shipping updates.


6. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the delivery location.


7. International Shipping

At this time, Inkesh ships only within the United States. If you are an international customer, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.
